ITO transparency flat heater

1. Product construction:

Ito transparency flat heater, is constructed on a layer of electrically conductive transparent film.

We are using screen print to layout one parallel silver bus-bar on the sputter coated PET film’s edge side.
The lead wire is attached with the bus-bar to provide the electrical connection.

Also on the adhesive side, we are backing the optical grade adhesive on the non-view area. Customer can easy install this flat heater with LCD module together.

2.Operation:

Applying power to flat heater through lead wire, ITO heater will generate a uniform heat on the surface.
Our suggestion the maximum wattage is 1.0 Watt/inch sq.

3.Function:

● No electrical wire in the view area.
● Flat film structure.
● Easy installation.

4.Specification:

● Light transmission : over 80%
● Environment characteristics:
                 Temperature : -40℃ - 90℃
                 Humidity : 5% - 95%
● Thickness : < 0.5 ±0.1mm(with release film)
● Electrical characteristics.
   Input Voltage  : depending on customer’s LCD module’s power
   Wattage density: < 1.0 Watt/inch sq.
