1.Product construction:

Ultra-fine wire transparent heater, we are using ultra-fine alloy wire which is almost invisible to lay a designed pattern on PET film. It can get very good result on ohm resistance and reliable heat on heater surface. Front side, to avoid the PET films scratch problem, we have laminated with protective masking film. Customer can peel it off after installation. Back side laminated with optical grade adhesive, which we can easy install this flat heater on LCD glass.

2.Operation:

Applying power to connector, then the flat heater will generate an uniform heat on the surface.Our proposed, the maximum wattage is 2.55 Watt/inch sq.
